Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing, accepting, or participating with a raffle ticket.

By purchasing, accepting, possessing, or participating with a raffle ticket, the ticket holder acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

1. RAFFLE PURPOSE

The Ocacia Soccer Spain 2027 Raffle is organized as a fundraising initiative to support participating families with costs associated with the Spain 2027 soccer experience.

Purchasing or receiving a valid raffle ticket provides one entry into the raffle drawing and an opportunity to win one of the advertised prizes.

2. TICKET PRICE

Each raffle ticket has a value of $30 per ticket.

Each valid ticket contains a unique ticket number. That number represents one entry into the raffle drawing.

Only valid raffle tickets officially issued as part of the Ocacia Soccer Spain 2027 Raffle are eligible to participate.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Raffle participation is limited to individuals who meet all eligibility requirements under applicable law.

Raffle participants must be 18 years of age or older.

The raffle is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

4. TICKET OWNERSHIP

The individual in possession of a valid raffle ticket is responsible for keeping that ticket as proof of participation.

Raffle tickets may originally be distributed through participating Spain 2027 families. Ocacia Soccer may therefore not have the name, email address, telephone number, or other contact information of the final ticket holder.

For this reason, ticket holders are responsible for:

• Keeping their ticket in a safe place
• Knowing their unique ticket number
• Checking the official raffle webpage following the drawing
• Presenting the corresponding winning ticket if selected

5. KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL TICKET - DO NOT DISCARD YOUR RAFFLE TICKET

Your ticket number is your raffle entry, and your ticket serves as proof of possession of that entry.

A person claiming a prize must be able to provide the corresponding valid winning ticket and any additional information reasonably required to verify eligibility.

Lost, stolen, destroyed, duplicated, altered, illegible, or otherwise unverifiable tickets may not be eligible for prize redemption, subject to applicable law.

6. DRAWING DATE & TIME

The official Spain 2027 Raffle drawing is scheduled for:

January 15, 2027
6:00 PM EST (New York Time)

The drawing will randomly select the winning ticket number(s) from all valid and eligible raffle entries included in the drawing.

Ticket holders do not need to be present at the drawing to win, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. WINNING NUMBERS

Following the official drawing, winning ticket numbers will be published at https://www.ocaciasoccer.com/rafflespain2027

This webpage will serve as the official location for publication of the raffle results.

Because Ocacia Soccer may not have the contact information of the final holder of every ticket, ticket holders are responsible for checking the winning numbers themselves.

Ocacia Soccer's inability to contact a winning ticket holder does not invalidate the drawing or extend the applicable prize claim period unless required by applicable law.

8. PRIZES

The official prizes available through the Spain 2027 Raffle, together with their descriptions and approximate retail values where applicable, will be displayed at https://www.ocaciasoccer.com/rafflespain2027

Prizes have no cash alternative unless specifically stated by Ocacia Soccer or required by applicable law.

If an advertised prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside the organizer's reasonable control, the organizer may, where permitted by law, substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

Any restrictions, expiration dates, booking requirements, age requirements, or other conditions associated with a specific prize will apply to the winner.

9. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on:

• The total number of valid raffle tickets entered into the drawing
• The total number of prizes available

Every valid raffle ticket represents one separate entry into the drawing.

Purchasing or holding multiple tickets increases the number of entries associated with a participant but does not guarantee that any ticket will win.

10. CLAIMING A PRIZE

To claim a prize, the winner may be required to provide:

13. TICKET SALES ARE FINAL

A raffle ticket cannot be returned for a refund simply because the purchaser:

• Loses their ticket
• Does not win a prize

14. DRAWING & OFFICIAL RESULTS

Winning ticket numbers will be determined through a random drawing conducted in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.

The official results published by Ocacia Soccer following verification of the drawing will control in the event of any discrepancy involving unofficial communications, social media posts, third-party communications, or information provided by participating families.

15. PARTICIPATING FAMILIES

Participating Spain 2027 families may assist with the distribution of raffle tickets as part of the fundraising initiative.

A person receiving or purchasing a valid ticket through a participating family is participating in the same official Spain 2027 Raffle and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Participating families are not authorized to modify:

• The raffle rules
• Prize descriptions or conditions
• Drawing date or time
• Ticket value
• Winner selection procedures
• Prize claim requirements
• These Terms & Conditions

Any statement or representation made by an individual that conflicts with the official information published by Ocacia Soccer does not modify the official raffle rules or these Terms & Conditions.

16. CHANGES, POSTPONEMENT OR CANCELLATION

If circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control require a modification, postponement, or cancellation of the raffle, the organizer will provide updated information through the official raffle webpage.

Any modification, postponement, cancellation, refund, alternative drawing, or other remedy will be handled in accordance with applicable law and raffle regulations.

17. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating in the Spain 2027 Raffle, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Ocacia Soccer, its affiliated entities, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, sponsors, partners, vendors, and prize providers from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the raffle or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be waived or limited.

Ocacia Soccer is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, duplicated, altered, illegible, misdirected, or incorrectly distributed raffle tickets.

Ocacia Soccer is also not responsible for a participant's failure to:

• Retain their original raffle ticket
• Check the official winning numbers
• Provide accurate information when claiming a prize
• Claim a prize within the applicable claim period
• Meet the eligibility requirements of the raffle

Ocacia Soccer is not responsible for technical failures, website interruptions, Internet outages, third-party platform failures, communications failures, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may temporarily affect access to raffle information or published results.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. PRIZE DISCLAIMER

Except for any warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded, prizes are awarded “as is” and without any additional representation or warranty by Ocacia Soccer.

Ocacia Soccer makes no representation regarding a winner's individual suitability for, use of, or satisfaction with a particular prize.

Any manufacturer's warranty, supplier warranty, booking condition, usage restriction, expiration date, age requirement, or other condition associated with a prize remains subject to the terms established by the applicable manufacturer, supplier, or prize provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ocacia Soccer will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or other consequence arising from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize.

19. DISPUTES & ORGANIZER DECISIONS

Any questions or disputes concerning ticket validity, eligibility, winner verification, prize claims, drawing administration, or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions will be reviewed by the raffle organizer in good faith and in accordance with applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizer's decisions regarding administration of the raffle will be final and binding, subject to any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Participants who believe an error has occurred should contact Ocacia Soccer promptly using the official contact information provided on the website.

When contacting Ocacia Soccer regarding a specific ticket, participants should provide:

• A description of the issue
• Any relevant supporting documentation

Where permitted by applicable law, participants agree to provide Ocacia Soccer a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address any claimed error or dispute before pursuing other remedies.

20. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Participants agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that participation in the raffle is also subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
